Cancellation Policy
Appointments are very important to me, and I reserve this time especially for you. I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service.
• No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
Please understand that my time is valuable, and last-minute changes or missed appointments take away opportunities to serve other clients. I appreciate your respect for my time and for the time of others.
